What made this year’s competition so unique was that it examined how companies adjusted their culture and policies to reflect the pandemic and looked at how they are ensuring that their employee practices are inclusive and equitable. CCA continued actions to uphold the health and safety of our employees first and foremost through this ongoing crisis have been a testament to caring leadership and culture. Moving 400+ employees across 4 offices overnight and extending additional sick days to all employees through the most trying times of the pandemic were just the beginning. Today, CCA Global has reopened offices with flexible scheduling and work- from- home policies, evolved pet-friendly Fridays to daily pet-friendly offices, redesigned office café and common areas, and offered a number of supports for employees physical and mental wellbeing through an employee health engagement platform. CCA Global remains one of the very few companies in the state to offer all employees in the organization paid family leave for both new mothers and fathers and extends this benefit to adoption.
2021 posed many unexpected obstacles and opportunities, and through it all CCA Global continued to evolve in the pursuit of mission to empower entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses with the notion that our employees are essential partners. Our mission fuels a special passion among employees for local businesses everywhere, with individuals really recognizing the impact they are making through their work.
