Working at CCA CCA Global Partners

What makes a company one of the best places to work for? Well, CCA Global Partners knows the answer to this question better than anyone, having spent nine years on Business NH Magazine's Best Companies to Work For list.

CCA Global Partners is celebrating its 9th year on the Best Companies to Work For list by Business NH Magazine.

In the second year of unprecedented industry and community disruptionCCA Global Partners' unequivocal dedication to our employees, members, and mission stands out even more as one of New Hampshire's Best Companies to Work for. What made this year’s competition so unique was that it examined how companies adjusted their culture and policies to reflect the pandemic and looked at how they are ensuring that their employee practices are inclusive and equitable. Continuing to make this highly competitive list showcases just how special a career at CCA Global can be.

CCA Global’s continued actions to uphold the health and safety of our employees first and foremost through this ongoing crisis have been a testament to our caring leadership and culture. Moving 400+ employees across 4 offices overnight and extending additional sick days to all employees through the most trying times of the pandemic were just the beginning. Today, CCA Global has reopened offices with flexible scheduling and work- from- home policies, evolved pet-friendly Fridays to daily pet-friendly offices, redesigned office café and common areas, and offered a number of supports for employees physical and mental wellbeing through an employee health engagement platform. CCA Global remains one of the very few companies in the state to offer all employees in the organization paid family leave for both new mothers and fathers and extends this benefit to adoption.

2021 posed many unexpected obstacles and opportunities, and through it all CCA Global continued to evolve in the pursuit of our mission to empower entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses with the notion that our employees are essential partners. Our mission fuels a special passion among employees for local businesses everywhere, with individuals really recognizing the impact they are making through their work.

"As a previous intern, I was beyond happy to find myself welcomed back into the CCA work family. This job opportunity was a dream come true as I feel that I have found my place here —a place where my ideas are respected and my talents are put to use," Danielle Drake-Flam, Content Marketing Coordinator at CCA Global said. As a young professional, CCA Global Partners is a unique place to work for because the cooperative mindset nurtures positive interactions and creative solutions. Everyone's working towards a common goal to benefit our community."

The special culture among CCA Global staff is further cultivated by activities such as: on-site yoga classes, expanded free gym memberships options, subsidized snacks, and crossover member and employee engagement through support and leadership development groups such as the Nex40 and Women of CCA. Our corporate giving and volunteerism efforts continue to be informed and inspired by our employees. All of these factors contribute to making CCA Global a place where employees truly want to stay and grow, and an attractive place for prospective job seekers to find not just a job, but a career.
