Kiba Studios® is the CCA Global Partners’ Kitchen and Bath Retail Program exclusive to Carpet One Floor & Home® and Flooring America® members. The Kiba Studios’ program is a diversification strategy to take stores from a product-based transaction to a more holistic project-based sale. Adding a Kiba Studios to a store comes not only with products, but also ongoing support and planning to succeed in the K&B business.
By adding cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting and more to the current flooring selections, member stores become a one-stop-shop to capture complete remodeling projects.
With this unique business model, tech-savvy consumers can begin online with project research and ideation. While online, they can collaborate with a Kitchen & Bath Design Expert about their project. Ultimately, the consumer arrives at their local showroom to finalize selections of all products for their project and work one-on-one with their local Kitchen & Bath Design Team to bring their project to life. Kiba Studios truly is “start online, finish in store.”

Kiba Studios has a proven process and a dedicated team that is ready to partner with CCA members. With a comprehensive operations platform, the Kiba Studios’ team provides experienced owners the knowledge they need to open and operate their newly expanded showroom.
Industry knowledge is key, so Kiba Studios offers members a complete Kitchen & Bath Training Program that includes K&B designer on-boarding, advanced design, and sales training. The Kiba Studios model also trains flooring sales staff to expand their flooring projects to include K&B and partner with their Kiba Studios Designer. The K&B business is very different than flooring, making focused best practice training critical for owners and managers.
Successfully selling K&B requires hiring and mentoring an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer. Kiba Studios provides members with an exclusive Designer Recruiting Program that finds, vets, places, and trains experienced designers.
