These changes followed the announcement that Innovia co-op will represent brands formerly named Innovia and Community Owners Buying Organization.

New innovations for the brand include Community Base, a mobile application that combines residential community resources into a one-touch, aggregated solution for homeowners. Available on the Apple and Google Play App Stores, Community Base also enables property managers the ability to send push notifications to homeowners during emergency situations or natural disasters.
